Important Update: Membership Payments

Direct Debit

We are always looking for ways to improve your experience as a member. One topic that comes up frequently is how we handle fee payments.

We are happy to share that from 1st November 2025, all membership payments will be made by monthly Direct Debit. This approach is designed to make things simpler, more flexible and easier to manage, both for you and for us behind the scenes.

We hope this new approach will offer a smoother way to stay up to date.

✅ How It Will Work

  1. If you already pay by Direct Debit, we will take care of everything: you will simply move to the monthly subscription from 1st November.
  2. If you pay in another way, we would be grateful if you could complete a short Direct Debit form.

We suggest aiming to complete this by 3rd October 2025, which falls just after the October Stated Meeting. QR codes and paper forms will be available on the day for anyone who still needs them.
