The beautiful headquarters of the Edinburgh Merchant Company are available for hire for those events that benefit from The Hall's beauty and prestige.

The Hall, with its magnificent dome ceiling, provides an exceptional atmosphere in which to host corporate or private events. Carefully restored, the Hall is ornately panelled and pillared, adorned with plaster work friezes and decorated with portraits and sculptures of the Company’s illustrious founders and benefactors, and combines the charm of a minstrels’ gallery with modern sound systems.

The mahogany-panelled Court Room is an impressive setting for private dining, receptions and meetings. Portraits by Allan Ramsay and Raeburn hang on rich crimson walls and the magnificently carved chimney-piece makes a distinctive focal point.

The Crush Hall just off the Court room provides ideal breakout space.
